The journey of InQbit began long before its official establishment. The founding members had already been working closely together, bringing to life the outcomes of ReCRED—a successful EU-funded R&D project focused on identity management. This collaboration laid the groundwork for what InQbit is today: a hub of innovation with a strong foundation in both applied research and practical impact.

The core members of InQbit possess extensive experience in both R&D and commercial projects. Our team includes specialists in binary code analysis, cloud architecture, and adversarial threat modeling. They have actively contributed to over 35 R&D projects within major EU programs, including ACTS, ESPRIT, IST, AAL, DGHOME, Marie Curie, and Horizon 2020. Throughout these projects, they have undertaken various roles, including task leader, work package leader, technical manager, scientific advisor, and technical coordinator.

In the commercial sector, InQbit has established strong, ongoing collaborations with both industrial and public organizations, offering specialized expertise to improve and innovate products and services. Additionally, InQbit is frequently engaged by private and public entities to evaluate the security, privacy, and risk management of systems and services, providing assessments that ensure compliance with industry standards and mitigate potential risks.
